Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox, who studied for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. Lennox's budget was increased with a student stipend and part-time work. Lennox was able to make a change in her profession when she was dissatisfied with her lack of skill in the same way as the other Royal Academy students. Lennox joined a group called Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. However, she left prior to her group being invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent contest New Faces. She was the vocalist of The Tourists a British pop band between 1977 and the year 1980. The band was where she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they formed their duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo first album Diva. It came out in 1993. This album became a huge success, both in terms of selling and critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album by herself came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox has chosen her favorite blues, soul and jazz tunes. Lepidoptera is a collection of four tracks that she improvised for piano that Lennox released in May, 2019. The E.P. is an accompanying piece of her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled"Now I'll Let You Go... The album is also her debut independently-released album.
